Text messaging program
Program description. DMV Storm Specialists sends text messages to homeowners who asked for a roof inspection, a proposal or help with a claim, and to customers who agreed to receive updates. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions, inspection findings, proposal follow-ups and job updates.
How you opt in. You opt in by submitting the inspection form on this website or a lead form on Facebook or Instagram that includes your mobile number and a consent statement, by texting us first, or by giving us your number and asking us to text you. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Frequency varies based on your request and your project. We do not send recurring marketing texts without your separate agreement.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. DMV Storm Specialists does not charge for text messages.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message and you receive one confirmation and no further texts. You can also call 571-570-2851 to be removed.
Help. Reply HELP to any message or call 571-570-2851.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and most regional carriers.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Inspections, proposals and pricing
The inspection is free and carries no obligation. Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract. Scope, price, schedule and payment terms for any roof work are agreed with you in writing before work starts. Financing, where offered, is subject to approval by the lender.
Insurance claims
We document damage and meet your adjuster when you ask us to. Coverage decisions belong to your insurer, and we do not promise any claim outcome.
